Fees are disclosed on fills in the NoMiscFees repeating group (136). The fee amount is in MiscFeeAmt (137); the fee type (139 MiscFeeType) is:

12	Agent	O	Clearing cost for intermediated trades
1	Regulatory	O	TAF on bond sells, where applicable

For bilateral trades where OpenYield is not in the cash and securities flow, fees are billed in arrears.
