OB Order Book Flows

On connection, OpenYield streams IOI messages — one per security — then continues streaming as the order book changes. No separate snapshot phase.

IOIQltyInd indicates whether a resting order belongs to you:

Value	Code	Meaning
Low	25=L	Your own order or quote.
Medium	25=M	Same connection, different Account ID.
High	25=H	Unrelated — safe to trade against.

OpenYield will never fill your order against your own orders or those sharing the same Account ID.
